Shipping cost
Parcels will be shipped from either United Kingdom or Netherlands, depending customer preference. Goods are insured up to £50 in case of international (outside of UK) shipping. Can be increased if needed (increase in shipping cost applies).
Below is an approximate cost, prices may differ slightly if sent from the Netherlands (will be discussed beforehand):
UK tracked 24h: £3.99
Ireland tracked: £10.75
Europe Zone 1: £11.10 (3-5 working days)
Europe Zone 2: £11.10 (3-5 working days)
Europe Zone 3: £12.25 (3-5 working days)
World Zone 1: £19.30 (5-7 working days)
World Zone 2: £21.60 (5-7 working days)
World Zone 3: £17.20 (5-7 working days)

If multiple boxes get ordered, prices may differ (due to parcel size).
FAQ
Q: Why is there an option to have it sent from the Netherlands?
A: Because once a month we travel there, which means we can send it from NL if the price difference is worth it. This may mean you have to wait a little longer for your parcel.
Q: Why is the price of a box in stock the same as a custom made small or medium box?
A: Because the same work goes into a dragon box, whether custom made or not, however keep in mind that for a custom made one, you have to wait for it to be made and one in stock can be sent immediately.

Q: Why is there no phone number to contact?
A: This is to protect both you and us, if everything is in writing there is always something to look back on in case there is confusion regarding price, request etc.
